Hi Mr.Yoon and Loonie, The Logo Printing Abrasion Test is fail. Please see QA bug report as attachment. As I know that the material of mechanical part should have been shipped to our VN factory. How do we deal with those M/E material? Regards, Sean |

Hi, Sean I have question about your test condition. "Test Condition: Loading force: 1000g Test cycles: 2000 cycles for the abrasion by the 95% alcohol solvent" I reviewed eagle's report, and found test condition different. "Eagle's test condition 1. Alcohol concentration: > 95%, 2. Load: 200gf, 3. Test cycle: 150 cycles (one cycle= forward + backward)" Why different test condition? In addition, Eagle performed 2 set, but SWAN performed only 1set. Could you explain? Best regards Lonnie Kim |

Hi, Sean I updated modified SKB's reliability test spec. ABout abrasion test, there are 2 types test. - Priniting Abrasion Resistance(Label/Log) - Painting Abrasion Resistance You shall perform at each test item. If you can not meet SKB's spec, you shall comment your endurance level. We can request waiver to SKB based above test result. Best regards Lonnie Kim |
